Event Names

These are the event names you can use in the commands ?setchannel, ?enable, and ?disable.

The most common, most useful, or recommended events will be in bold.

Event Name

Purpose

msg-delete

Emitted whenever a message is deleted.

msg-edit

Emitted whenever a message is edited.

msg-delbulk

Emitted whenever multiple messages are deleted at once.

ch-create

Emitted whenever a channel has been created.

ch-edit

Emitted whenever a channel has been updated or edited.

ch-delete

Emitted whenever a channel has been deleted.

em-create

Emitted when an emoji has been created.

em-edit

Emitted when an emoji has been edited or updated.

em-delete

Emitted whenever an emoji has been deleted.

sr-badd

Emitted whenever your server has a new ban added.

sr-bremove

Emitted when a ban has been revoked or removed.

sr-memadd

Emitted when a user joins the server.

sr-memrem

Emitted when a user leaves the server.

sr-memedit

Emitted whenever a user has been updated (Username, Roles, etc.);

sr-edit

Emitted when the server has been updated (region change, name change. etc.)

inv-create

Emitted whenever an invite has been created

inv-delete

Emitted when an invite has been deleted.

Please note:

  • Events are case sensitive. You must enter them exactly as they are given.

  • These are not all of the events that are possible to be emitted. If you are looking for a different event, see the suggestions link.

  • Setting a channel to a specific channel overrides all channels.

  • Events like em-edit, wb-edit, sr-edit, etc. are not affected by detail change (4) and message type (embed). This will be changed after Beta period has ended.

  • Some events will be ignored if the author is a bot.
